Deputies in Wayne County have arrested a 41-year-old woman accused of robbing and assaulting a man inside a Williamson apartment.

The suspect, Cherish M. Krepp of Arrowbend Drive, was charged with robbery in the second degree, burglary in the second degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree, according to the Wayne County Office of the Sheriff.

Investigators allege Krepp and another unidentified person entered an apartment at Arrowbend Drive, where they pushed the victim to the ground and stole his wallet. The sheriff’s office said the incident occurred shortly after midnight.

Krepp was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in Wayne County CAP Court at 7:00 a.m. on April 14.
