The widow of an Auburn man killed in a 2024 crash is suing the truck driver involved and his employer, alleging negligence, according to The Citizen.
The suit claims Fingerlakes Agronomics kept driver Raymond Swank on the road after he fell asleep and crashed a month before causing a fatal multivehicle accident in Aurelius that killed 74-year-old Anthony Carnevale. Despite recommending medical testing, the company allegedly allowed Swank to keep driving.
Carnevale’s widow is seeking damages, accusing both Swank and the company of failing to exercise reasonable care.
