Deputies arrested a Rochester man Thursday afternoon in connection with a probation violation, following an investigation in the Town of Sodus.
Kyoni R. Smith, 26, of Eiffel Place, was taken into custody after Wayne County Probation Officers located him at his home. He was then transported to Booking.
The arrest was part of an ongoing warrant investigation conducted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Smith is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
