Seneca Falls man arrested on bench warrant for violating court sentence

A Seneca Falls man is facing new legal trouble after allegedly violating the terms of a previous court sentence.

Police arrested 27-year-old Justin Bailey late Tuesday morning on a bench warrant issued by Waterloo Town Court. The arrest occurred around 11:54 a.m. on April 1.

According to the Waterloo Police Department, the warrant stems from Bailey’s earlier arrest and sentencing in June. Authorities allege he failed to meet the conditions of a conditional discharge previously granted by the court, leading to its revocation.

Bailey was taken into custody without incident and will be arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Process.
