A 1986 Auburn High School graduate, Sincerbeaux’s connection to the YMCA dates back over four decades, when he swam and played basketball there as a child. With national leadership experience and a deep volunteer background, he brings both professional and personal ties to the position.

Sincerbeaux plans to begin his tenure by listening to staff and partners before focusing on operational improvements and long-term goals for the YMCA’s future.
