Sustainable Finger Lakes is accepting applications through April 1 for its spring/summer Neighborhood Mini-Grants, aimed at supporting small, community-driven sustainability projects in Tompkins County
Grants between $150 and $750 are available for initiatives addressing environmental, economic, and social justice—such as local food access, renewable energy, and waste reduction. Since 2008, the program has funded over 220 grassroots efforts, including gardens, trails, and bike education.
Priority is given to new or small projects with limited funding. Individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses are encouraged to apply.
