A Canandaigua man has been charged with petit larceny following a theft at a South Main Street business.
The Canandaigua Police Department arrested Joseph C. Hobbs, 27, on February 25 at 8:04 a.m. after an investigation determined he had stolen two items from the store the previous day.
Hobbs was taken into custody and later released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
