A Bath man has been arrested following a Superior Court indictment related to drug sales that occurred last year in the village.

Police say 47-year-old Brian D. Personious was taken into custody on charges stemming from a 2024 investigation. The Village of Bath Police Department announced the arrest in a release issued this week.

Personious faces two felony charges: criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. Both are classified as Class D felonies under New York State law.

Following his arrest, Personious was processed and transported to Steuben County Court, where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
