Deputies arrested a Rose man Friday afternoon after he allegedly broke a window during a disturbance at a mobile home park in the Town of Ontario.
Joshua Waite, 38, of Elm Street, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened at the Orchard Grove Mobile Home Park around 3 p.m.
Deputies allege Waite had been ordered to leave the residence earlier by law enforcement. He later returned and used his fists to break a window while trying to wake a woman inside the home.
Waite was released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ontario Court at a later date to answer the charge.
