The Meadow on Seneca, a new affordable housing complex in Ithaca, has received over $7 million from New York State as part of a $270 million initiative to develop affordable housing statewide.
Located at 116 N Meadow St., the $34 million project will feature 70 units, with half reserved for individuals experiencing homelessness or mental illness. All units will be available to households earning below 80% of the area median income.
Set for completion in fall 2026, the complex will include office space, a fitness room, a rooftop terrace, and on-site laundry, aiming to provide both housing and community resources.
