Macedon man charged with larceny at Victor Walmart

A Macedon man has been charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing from the Walmart in Victor, authorities said.

Ontario County deputies arrested Dustin Proctor, 25, on Monday following an investigation into a theft that occurred at the store on March 9. Proctor is accused of taking approximately $68 worth of merchandise without paying.

Following his arrest, Proctor was issued an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court, where he will face the charge.

Authorities have not released further details regarding the incident.
