New Jersey man arrested for DWI in Tyre

A New Jersey man was arrested early Friday morning in the Town of Tyre for driving while intoxicated, according to Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson.

Deputies stopped Izaias Sutuj Patzan, 31, of Ocean Township, NJ, around 3:54 a.m. Following an investigation, Sutuj Patzan was taken into custody and charged with DWI.

After his arrest, Sutuj Patzan was released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court on March 25 to respond to the charges.
