A Rochester man was arrested Thursday evening after Ontario County deputies responded to a shoplifting complaint at Eastview Mall in Victor.
[REDACTED], was taken into custody at the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Eastview Mall Substation after he allegedly left Von Maur without paying for $276 worth of merchandise. Authorities say [REDACTED] passed all points of sale without rendering payment before being stopped.
[REDACTED] has been charged with petit larceny and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to respond to the charge.
