A Canandaigua woman was arrested on Interstate 490 on Saturday after failing to appear in court on multiple felony drug and DWI charges, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Erica Paige Record, 33, into custody around 2 p.m. on a felony bench warrant issued by Ontario County Court. The warrant stemmed from prior charges, including fourth-degree and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony driving while intoxicated, and felony aggravated DWI with a child.
While in custody, authorities say Record was found in possession of a controlled substance and was subsequently charged again with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in the Town of Hopewell.
She was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she was held pending arraignment.
