Karen and Dan Hite are launching Ramsey’s at Champion Hills, a new restaurant at Champion Hills Country Club in Victor. Named after their grandson, the eatery will offer American-style dishes with fresh ingredients and a mix of pub fare and upscale options. The couple will also manage the golf course and pool.
The restaurant, set to open in early March with a grand opening on March 7, will feature signature burgers, seafood, and gluten-free choices. Specialty cocktails and wines will complement the menu. The Hites are bringing staff from their previous restaurant, Gananda Pub, ensuring a smooth transition.
The location, closed since the pandemic, is getting a fresh start. The Hites hope to deliver quality food at an affordable price while revitalizing the community dining scene.
