Another long-standing Geneva restaurant is closing its doors for good. Beef & Brew, a staple in the local dining scene, announced on Facebook that it has been sold and will no longer be in operation.
In a heartfelt message to customers, owner Michael Colvin and the Beef & Brew team reflected on the restaurant’s legacy, calling it “more than just a business” but rather “a second home, a gathering place, and a labor of love.”
“To our amazing customers: thank you for your years of support, laughter, and unforgettable memories,” the message read. “Your kindness and loyalty have meant the world to us.”
The announcement did not specify what will become of the building or if a new restaurant will take its place.
Beef & Brew has been a well-loved establishment in Geneva, known for its warm atmosphere and menu.
While the restaurant’s time has come to an end, the team assured customers that the friendships and sense of community built over the years will endure. “From the bottom of our hearts—thank you,” the farewell post concluded.
