  • Staff Report

Three individuals have been charged with disorderly conduct following an investigation into an altercation earlier this month, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies identified the individuals as Mackenzie P. Eaves, 25, of Dundee; Malik M. Moore, 24, of Penn Yan; and Deczember M. Hotaling, 25, also of Penn Yan.

Authorities say the charges stem from an incident that took place on February 8. Following an investigation, deputies met with the suspects on February 19 and issued each of them an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.

All three are scheduled to appear in the Town of Starkey Court at a later date. Officials did not release further details about the nature of the altercation.
