State Police have announced four arrests in the case of Sam Nordquist, a 24-year-old who was reported missing after last being seen in early February near Patty’s Lodge in Canandaigua. Major Kevin Sucher, Troop E Commander, will provided further details during an 11 a.m. press conference on Friday morning at Troop E Headquarters in Canandaigua.
