A Victor resident was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on February 7 following a stolen vehicle investigation. Patricia Lynn Henry, 50, was taken into custody at her Roberts Drive residence at approximately 10:46 a.m.
Henry was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after she allegedly failed to return a vehicle rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car by the agreed-upon date.
Following her arrest, Henry was issued an appearance ticket and released from custody.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Victor Court on February 16 to answer the charges.
