Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports that deputies have arrested a suspect in connection with thefts at two businesses in Tyre.
Lawrence Sullivan, 32, of Geneva, was charged with two counts of petit larceny following the February 2 incidents.
According to reports, Sullivan was observed stealing items and leaving the scene before deputies arrived. He was later apprehended after store employees called 911, reporting that Sullivan had returned and allegedly stolen more items.
Sullivan was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date.
