A Penn Yan man was arrested on January 20 after authorities executed a family court warrant.
Matthew D. Read, 35, was taken into custody at his residence. The warrant, issued by Ontario County Court, accuses Read of child neglect and non-support under the Family Court Act.
He was transferred to the custody of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for further legal proceedings.
