Tompkins County Whole Health invites residents to share their health priorities in a Community Health Survey open until February 27. Insights from the survey will shape the Community Health Improvement Plan, a roadmap for addressing key health issues reviewed annually and updated every 3-5 years.
Residents aged 18 and older can participate online, by phone, or in paper format, with translations available. TCWH leaders emphasize that community input helps focus efforts on residents’ most pressing health concerns.
