Ontario County Deputies arrested a Phelps woman on Monday following a domestic dispute involving children.
Hannah Mussaw, 25, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after deputies investigated a physical domestic altercation that occurred at her residence on Park Street. Authorities reported that two young children were present during the incident.
Mussaw was transported to the Ontario County Jail for processing. She is being held pending arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Program. No injuries were reported among those involved, including the children.
Mussaw is scheduled to answer the charges in Phelps Town Court at a later date.
