Lawyers for two Georgia election workers, awarded $148 million in a defamation case against Rudy Giuliani, claim they are entitled to three New York Yankees World Series rings Giuliani allegedly gave to his son.
The rings, commemorating victories in 1996, 1999, and 2000, were listed among Giuliani’s assets during his 2023 bankruptcy proceedings. Lawyers argue Giuliani’s son has provided no evidence beyond his testimony to prove ownership, suggesting any transfer was fraudulent.
A trial set for Jan. 16 will determine the fate of the rings and Giuliani’s Palm Beach condominium, his last significant contested assets amid ongoing financial disputes.
