A North Chili man was arrested Thursday night for driving while intoxicated following an incident in the Town of Tyre, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies located Distefano in the business’s parking lot, where an investigation determined he was intoxicated. He was subsequently arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Distefano was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court on January 28, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.

Authorities have not released further details about the incident.
