A Dundee man was arrested early New Year’s Day following an investigation into an alleged dispute, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to an incident in the Village of Dundee around 12:54 a.m. on January 1, where Brien A. Bergmark, 35, is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact during a dispute.
Following the investigation, Bergmark was charged with harassment in the second degree, a violation under New York State law. He was issued a criminal summons and released, with instructions to appear in court at a later date.
