Geneva police have arrested a third suspect in connection with multiple burglaries reported across the city in recent weeks, authorities said Tuesday.
David Junior Rojas, 37, of Geneva, was taken into custody on December 31 and charged with burglary in the third degree, a Class D felony. Rojas, a convicted felon, was identified as a person of interest during the Geneva Police Department Detective Bureau’s investigation into the string of burglaries.
Rojas was processed at the Geneva Police Department before being transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he awaits arraignment. Authorities indicated that additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.
