A Horseheads man, Malcolm J. Reeves-McCullough, 31, was arrested on December 19 for criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, after allegedly violating an order of protection.
The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office reported that Reeves-McCullough was arraigned in Horseheads Town Court and subsequently placed in the Chemung County Jail.
Further court proceedings are expected as the case moves forward.
