The Seneca Falls Police Department recently announced that Sergeant Eric MacLean successfully completed a rigorous two-week Instructor Development Course (IDC) for law enforcement officers.
Held at the Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Training Facility in Ontario County, the IDC is designed to bolster leadership skills, communication methods, and instructional techniques among police personnel.
