A man was arrested early Monday morning on multiple outstanding warrants after being spotted near a local residence, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Timothy M. Tandle, 42, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody without incident around 1:22 a.m. on December 16.
The warrants stemmed from previous charges, including attempted petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, and obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree.
Tandle had missed court appearances related to these charges, leading to the issuance of three bench warrants. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he awaits arraignment.
