Auburn police and correctional officers spread holiday cheer with random acts of kindness

Auburn Police Local 195, in partnership with the Auburn Correctional Facility, brought holiday cheer to the community this year by performing random acts of kindness.

Officers visited local businesses, including Dunkin’ Donuts, Simple Roast, Dollar Tree, Aldi, Angelo’s Pizzeria, and Mama Maria’s Pizzeria, surprising residents by paying for groceries and helping deliver pizzas.

The initiative aimed to give back to the community and spread goodwill during the holiday season.

The Auburn Police Department expressed gratitude to the community for its ongoing support and thanked the officers who volunteered their time to make the event a success.
