Embrace Your Sisters (EYS) is gearing up for its 13th annual Positively Pink in Pittsford Walk on September 29, raising funds to support breast cancer patients with short-term emergency financial assistance. Covering 13 counties in Upstate New York, the walk aims to reach a $25,000 goal this year, surpassing the $14,000 raised in 2023.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to noon, with registration and check-in starting at 9 a.m. at Pittsford Sutherland High School. Walkers will enjoy a 1.8-mile route along the scenic Erie Canal. Participants raising at least $30 will receive an event t-shirt.
