A woman was arrested in Seneca Falls after unlawfully returning to a residence where she was previously banned.
Angela Vickio, 50, of Avoca, New York, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department on September 7, 2024, following an investigation into a domestic incident from August 31.
Vickio was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor, and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested for the victim, with assistance provided by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
