Police arrested a Waterloo woman following an incident at the local Walmart store.

Seneca Falls Police arrested Aubri M. Covey, 32, of Waterloo, on August 27 after she was found unlawfully on the property of the Walmart Supercenter. Covey had contacted the police regarding a separate issue and informed them she was at the Walmart, leading officers to discover she had been previously banned from the premises.

Covey was charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
