Police arrested a Seneca Falls woman following a larceny investigation at Walmart.
Samantha Briggs, 20, was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on July 21 at 8:00 p.m. for theft and fraud at the Walmart on 1860 North Road. Briggs was observed taking various items from the store without paying and swapping clearance tags to avoid paying full price.
Briggs faces charges of Petit Larceny and falsifying business records in the first degree. She was released on an appearance ticket and will respond to the charges at a later date in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
