The Finger Lakes Land Trust (FLLT) has added 38 forested acres to its Wesley Hill Nature Preserve near Honeoye Lake. This expansion brings the preserve to a total of 428 acres.

Located in the scenic Bristol Hills, Wesley Hill now protects nearly 3,900 feet along Briggs Gully, a major gorge and Honeoye Lake tributary. This addition enhances the area’s role in maintaining water quality and preserving scenic forest views.
The preserve is part of a larger conservation effort, the Hemlock to High Tor Greenway, aimed at creating a corridor of protected lands. For more information, visit fllt.org/wesley or call (607) 275-9487.
