Seneca County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Geneva woman on June 26 in connection with a theft at a Waterloo business.
Tia R. Wade, 28, allegedly stole $40.99 worth of alcohol from the store on March 8, 2024. Wade was charged with petit larceny and has been banned from the business.
Wade was arraigned at Waterloo Town Court on the same day and will appear again to answer the charges at a later date.
