FLX Retreats has acquired Lake Remick and the former Camp Dittmer in Phelps, NY, a 311-acre property once run by the Boy Scouts of America since 1953. Known for unique camping experiences in the Finger Lakes, FLX Retreats aims to rejuvenate the area.
The company plans a $3 million investment over five years to restore and upgrade the site. Immediate updates include refurbishing cabins and improving the lakefront. Future amenities will enhance comfort and enjoyment for visitors.
