The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam J. Putz, 30, of Rochester for driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop on Ridge Road in the Town of Ontario.
Deputies stopped Putz and suspected he was under the influence of drugs.
He was charged with DWI, DWAI drugs, and multiple other vehicle and traffic violations. Putz refused to submit to a chemical test and was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
