  • Staff Report

Music in the Park is back this summer with free weekly concerts and local food at People’s Park. Running from 6 to 8 p.m., the series kicks off on June 6 with The Other Side of Normal.

This year’s lineup includes The Cool Club and the Lipker Sisters, The Ende Brothers, The Old World Warblers, The Jesse Collins Quartet, Ruby Shooz, Jackfire, Indigo Breeze, 47 South, Rolling Heads, Double Down, and Side Eye. Local businesses will offer specials before and after the concerts, and the first concert of each month will feature a local restaurant serving meals right in the park.

Food trucks like Till It’s Gone and Fast and Fusion, along with the Seneca Falls Rotary’s barbeque, will provide dinner options. Sprinkle Starship will sell ice cream and frozen treats, and free children’s activities will be available during the concerts. This event is part of Seneca Falls’ Summer Thursdays, supporting local businesses with shopping from 3 to 6 p.m. and specials from 8 to 10 p.m. at local bars and restaurants.

Music in the Park is funded by grants from The Rochester Community Foundation, The New York State Canal Corporation, the Erie Canal National Heritage Corridor, and Auburn Public Theater.
