The Village of Newark has announced Charles “Chaz” Gambino as its new Code Enforcement Officer. Previously, Gambino served as the Assistant Code Enforcement Officer in the Town of Huron and has operated a successful surveying business for nearly three decades.

Mayor Jonathan Taylor expressed enthusiasm about Gambino’s appointment, highlighting his extensive experience and immediate impact on local projects. According to Mayor Taylor, Gambino has already taken an active role in overseeing various construction initiatives around the village.

Gambino, who resides in North Rose with his wife, Mary, and their two grown children who live in Pennsylvania, is expected to bring valuable leadership to Newark. His experience is seen as a significant asset for the village’s development and regulatory efforts in the coming years.
