The arrest occurred at the intersection of Main Street and Exchange Street in the Town of Phelps, following a traffic stop where he was found driving a 2011 white Jeep with insufficient tail lamps.

The deputies discovered that Green-Terry had an outstanding bench warrant from Ontario County Court for failing to appear to face charges of second-degree robbery and burglary. He was subsequently taken into custody without incident.

In addition to the warrant, Green-Terry was cited for several traffic violations, including aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and operating a vehicle without a license. He was transported to Ontario County Jail to await a court appearance at a later date.
