Police in Newark arrested a local man following an incident on Vienna Street.
According to a release, Ethan Payne, 35, of Newark was arrested for criminal mischief after an incident in the village.
He’s accused of damaging a television by punching it. The screen shattered which resulted in the charge.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for processing.
