Sheriff: Aurora man showed at family member’s place of work, violating court order

The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Aurora man after he violated an order of protection, showing up at a person’s place of work.

Christopher Driscoll was arrested after violating a full stay away order of protection, which was in place for a family member.

He’s accused of going to the protected party’s place of employment while they were working.

An arrest warrant was issued and he was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with contempt and will appear in local court at a later date.
