Deputies say a Pittsford man was arrested after an investigation at the Burger King at Eastview Mall earlier this month.
According to deputies, Eulice McCall, 50, of Pittsford is accused of stealing over $400 from the Burger King at Eastview Mall.
He was charged with one count of petit larceny and released.
The charge will be answered at a later date in Victor Town Court.
