Deputies arrested a 71-year-old Phelps man after a single-car accident on Toll Road.
On Wednesday, around 11:15 a.m. deputies arrested James Allen, of Phelps for driving while intoxicated.
Details about the crash were not released by the sheriff’s office.
He was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
