ChamberFest Canandaigua celebrates 20th anniversary

ChamberFest Canandaigua is set to launch its 20th season with a diverse lineup of classical chamber music events running from July 12-21 in Canandaigua. The festival, known for its exquisite performances and community engagement, has enlisted an array of special guest artists for this landmark year. Among them are the Grammy Award-winning ensemble Time for Three, renowned pianist Andrew Armstrong, and members of the Daedalus Quartet, reflecting the festival’s commitment to musical excellence and innovation.

This year’s festivities include four concerts at the Fort Hill Performing Arts Center, featuring performances by Time for Three and Andrew Armstrong, among others. Additional highlights include a gourmet musical evening at The Lake House on Canandaigua, the popular Classical Blue Jeans Concert at Casa Larga Vineyard, and a family-friendly Children’s Concert at Wood Library. Each event is crafted to offer unique experiences that blend music with the local culture and community spirit.
