The Ontario County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of a Rochester man after a bench warrant was issued for his arrest in the town of Victor.
Timothy Albert Cook, 51, was arrested on February 7 at the 7Eleven in West Bloomfield after that warrant was issued.
He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
That charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
