The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Penn Yan resident following a family trouble investigation.
According to a news release, Gabrielle Daggett, 30, of Penn Yan was arrested for first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, in Ontario County.
The arrest came after he violated a court order and became physical with the person protected by the court order.
Daggett was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
