The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington woman following a sick or intoxicated driver complaint on Bristol Road.
The traffic stop, which followed and took place in the town of Canandaigua on January 29, resulted in Julie Poquette, 46, being charged with aggravated DWI.
She was found to have a BAC over 0.18%, which resulted in the aggravated DWI charge.
She will appear in Canandaigua Town Court to answer.
